Shipping Overview

We offer several shipping options to ensure your items are delivered in a timely manner. on time, even those items ordered at the last minute. For those customers who have questions or are uncomfortable placing an order over the phone, you can call us between M – F 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST for assistance with an order.

Aquavista tries to ship all orders received before 1 p.m. PST same day or within 24 business hours and most orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. We will do our best to adhere to your shipping selection but reserve the right to select a different shipping method based on our experience that is comparable to your selection. The following is a summary of our shipping options and the approximate timeframe as to when you can expect to receive your placed order:

• Fedex Ground / UPS Ground / Standard Ground: Regular Ground Shipping takes up to 5 business days to arrive once the order has been shipped.
  
  
• USPS: USPS is used to ship most accessory and parts orders.
  
  
• 3 Day Express: Select this option to guarantee receipt of your order within 3 days of shipping. As we try to ship within 24 hours, most likely you will receive your shipment within 4 business days.
  
  
• Two Day Shipping – Arrives 2 business days after shipping. We typically ship using Federal Express. If we receive your order before 11 a.m. PST, we try to ship the order on the same day.
  
  
• Next Day Shipping – Arrives 1 business day after shipping. We typically ship all Next Day Shipping Orders using Federal Express Standard Overnight or UPS. If we receive your order before 11 a.m. PST, we try to ship the order on the same day.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We at Aquavista pride ourselves on providing the best customer service and experience by offering a 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Aquavista aquarium, you can return it and receive a complete refund.*

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your aquarium, there are just three things you should know:

1. You may return or exchange your Aquavista Aquarium up to fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your Aquavista.
2. You are responsible for shipping the aquarium back to Aquavista in its original condition, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
3. Items must be returned in original condition. Items returned that are damaged, missing parts or accessories, or have been used will incur a restocking fee.

To return an item, just call our customer service at 408-453-4151 to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed, may incur a restocking fee, and may be refused. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items.

*Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is returned as a result of our error (wrong item sent, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Warranty

Aquavista Aquariums come with a six (6) month warranty on electronics and electrical parts and a one (1) year warranty on the body from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Aquavista will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product (under Aquavista discretion). Aquavista may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Aquavista provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation.
